We meticulously photograph and represent our products to ensure you receive items that are true to color, size, and quality. When you choose Reverie Threads, you support a meaningful cause.

**Where are You Located?**
We operate out of Arizona, and all orders are shipped directly from our Arizona-based warehouse.

**Do You Offer Local Pickup?**
Absolutely! If you're in the Phoenix area, take advantage of our Free Local Pick-Up from our Mesa warehouse. Our Shipping Department will email you with instructions once your order is ready for pick-up.

**When Will an Item Be Back in Stock?**
We aim to restock items as quickly as possible, but availability depends on production schedules. Use the "notify me" feature on our website, and we'll email or text you as soon as the item is back in stock.

**Interested in Collaborating?**

**Do You Offer Wholesale?**
Unfortunately, we do not offer wholesale at this time.

**Do You Have a Size Chart?**
We provide size charts for shoes and bracelets in the item descriptions. For other items, we follow true US sizing, and customers can size up if needed.

**Sales and Discount Codes:**
Discounts are not retroactive and are valid only while supplies last. No exceptions will be made to these policies.

**Order Processing and Delivery Time:**
We strive to ship orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Sale dates may require an additional 1-3 business days. Choose Rush Processing for next-day shipment via USPS Priority.
