U.S. Return Policy

Return Guidelines

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless they have purchased the VIP Free Returns Protection.

VIP Free Returns Protection (U.S. Only)

  • With VIP Protection ($2.98): Enjoy hassle-free returns with no return shipping or restocking fees.
  • Without VIP Protection: Customers are responsible for all return shipping and restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: Clearance products cannot be returned.
  • Exemptions: Personalized items and Bracelets Made to Order are non-returnable. Check product descriptions for details.
