📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders ship in 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat)

  • Rush orders placed by 12 PM MST ship the same day

  • Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships

🛁 Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days for a full refund

  • Final sale items (clearance or personalized bracelets) can’t be returned

🎁 Gifting

  • You can send any item as a gift by entering the recipient’s name and address at checkout

  • We do not include gift notes or receipts, but everything arrives beautifully packaged 💕

📏 Sizing Help

  • Most items run true to size

  • Each listing has a size chart, or check our full guide: Size Guide

  • For bracelets: use a string and ruler to measure wrist size in inches. Then se the size chart in the product description of the bracelet. We’re happy to help you find the perfect fit!
